FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Will I be tied into a lengthy contract?
No way, we believe in freedom. Which means you will not be tied into excessively long contracts. All of our support packages are for 3 months followed by a rolling one-month contract. You can also use us on a pay-as-you-go ad-hoc service if you prefer.
Where are you based?
Our head office is in Kent but we also have staff in the North and East of England. Our geographical spread along with the use of technology means that we support clients nationwide. So whether you are in London, Cardiff, Birmingham, Aberdeen or somewhere in between you can still work with us.
