Jemma Fairclough-Haynes
CEO and Employment Law Specialist
Jemma founded Orchard Employment Law in 2015 and has advised and represented employers in Employment Tribunals across the UK since 2011. She supports businesses with complex employment law and HR matters, helping leaders manage workplace challenges with clarity, confidence and a practical understanding of commercial risk.
Alongside leading Orchard Employment Law, Jemma sits on multiple business boards and contributes to discussions on the issues affecting employers and the wider business community. She is also an experienced keynote speaker and trainer and regularly provides expert employment law commentary for national media, including the BBC, ITV and Sky News.

Samantha is a dual-qualified Solicitor Advocate with a strong reputation for handling complex employment and discrimination matters. Samantha has extensive experience and is a vigorous and versatile litigator, helping clients solve their most complex and challenging legal problems.

Lottie has been building her HR career since 2021, gaining valuable experience across employee relations, recruitment, HR services and compliance within the healthcare and public health sectors. She has supported managers with a wide range of people matters, including employee relations cases, recruitment processes and day-to-day HR advice, developing a strong understanding of the challenges employers face in fast-paced and complex environments. With a practical, approachable style and a proactive approach to problem-solving, Lottie is committed to providing clear, effective HR support that helps businesses manage their people with confidence.
